PSI-06: Supply Chain Provenance

Abstract

PSI-06 specifies an inception-lock protocol that cryptographically anchors a raw human-originated data signal (keystroke, biometric, survey response) to an Ed25519 signing key within 10 ms of generation. The protocol prevents tampering with source data between capture and submission.
